Waterfront Lisbon

It represents the reconciliation between the city and the river. For years this area was dedicated to the industrial use and is now living in proximity to the River Tagus, with a young vibe, receiving new residential projects and at the same time being an attractive spot for companies and entrepreneurs.

One of the meeting points of the area's movida is the Time Out Market, which gave a new life to the historic Ribeira Market, with new gastronomic concepts, tapas and snacks, as well as being a space for cultural events. In the heart of the area, Cais do Sodré is nowadays one of Lisbon's must-see stops and has given a new life to this axis.

It is one of the most consolidated residential areas of Lisbon, crossing the central axis and benefiting from a vast offer in terms of gardens, cultural facilities, shops and services in addition to a vast public transport network. Its flat avenues, wide pavements and sober architecture are the hallmarks of the neighbourhood.
