The selected art pieces mirror the apartment's personality, favoring the union of contemporary with eclectic diversity. The space showcases the talents of visual artist Maisa Champalimaud and photographer Pedro Duarte Jorge. The event also featured the presence of Nega Jaci, enchanting guests with the smooth rhythms of Bossa Nova.

Born from the curation of LisbonArtOffice, a new project in the Once Upon a Space universe has emerged. Uniquely combining real estate and art, we glimpse the representation of life's spirituality and contemporaneity through antique pieces paired with photography, glass, porcelain, stoneware, painting, and collage.
VILLA INFANTE
The curation of the two apartments, in the former Diário de Notícias building, was designed for true art enthusiasts and those who appreciate life's small pleasures. The apartment was chosen to be the first in the Once Upon a Space project for meeting quality requirements and being located in the best area of the city. This curation was conceived through the use of distinct, discreet, and exclusive art pieces from acclaimed artists such as photographer Miguel Neiva, painter Nicolas Lefeuvre, and Studio Mameluca.

The Bonjardim project, a residential development with a premium location, situated in the heart of Porto, was the stage for the "Centralidades" exhibition, which aimed to be more than just an art show. It was also an opportunity for visitors to project themselves into the space, the art, and the lifestyle that the Bonjardim development offers.
BONJARDIM
Amidst the charming, traditional streets of Lisbon, Linea Residences rises as a testament to contemporary urban living. With interesting architecture serving as a backdrop, Servànt brought high-quality design pieces to this space, filling it with art. The main inspiration for this home staging was the incredible and unique view from the penthouse, enhanced by a terrace that extends along one side of the house, allowing the exterior and interior to merge.
