Boavista

The western area of Porto is crossed by the impressive Avenida da Boavista, the longest in the city and that includes some of its main attractions such as Casa da Música, Parque da Cidade and Serralves. It is the economic and cultural centre of Porto also known for the luxury shops, hotels and companies, with a strong presence of office buildings and hotel units. However, it has never lost its position as a premium residential destination in the city and, in recent years, it has received new investments in this area, where gated communities have a special place.
